     Hi! My name is Shannon Saunders, and I am the cookier here at Moonlight Baker.  Moonlight Baker is small cottage kitchen business run out of my home in Cypress, TX. I'm a stay at home mom of two girls and I love creating cookie art as well as special packaging for events and holidays. I also try to perfect my recipe using the best quality ingredients to ensure they taste just as delicious. All of my cookies are hand made from scratch, hand decorated, and carefully heat sealed in special packaging. Having happy and satisfied customers is what I strive for. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to design your cookies and help make your special occasion even more memorable.
